- Needed a custom ERPNext environment with HR management built in, plus a path to the cloud without disrupting daily operations.

- Deployed a Dockerized ERPNext image with HRMS integration on Azure, then migrated data with careful resource sizing.
- Result
- ERPNext and HR now run reliably on Azure with room to scale — migration completed with zero downtime and zero data loss.

- Problem
- Email ran on disconnected cPanel mailboxes, missing the security and collaboration tools of a modern platform.

- Migrated every mailbox to Microsoft 365 with a coordinated DNS/MX cutover and zero data loss, then onboarded the team.
